Dr. Tracy Munsil, Ph.D.

Advisory Board

Dr. Tracy Munsil is a scholar, educator, and civic leader dedicated to fostering informed civic engagement, especially in the next generation. She serves as Executive Director of the Cultural Research Center and Associate Professor of Political Science at Arizona Christian University. As publisher of Arizona Christian University Press, she advances scholarship on faith, worldview, and culture.

She spent more than a decade in the ACU classroom, equipping young leaders for cultural and political engagement.
Appointed by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, Dr. Munsil served two terms on the Commission on Appellate Court Appointments, helping shape the state judiciary.

She also chaired the Board of Voices for the Voiceless, a pro-life advocacy organization.
She holds three degrees from Arizona State University—a doctorate and master’s in political science and a bachelor’s in journalism. With her husband, Arizona Christian University President Len Munsil, she helped found The Center for Arizona Policy in 1996.

Dr. Munsil home-educated their eight children (now adults) for 14 years and now enjoys her 19 grandchildren.
