President

Kim Miller is a grateful wife, mom of 5 and grandmother. She grew up in Arizona, earned a journalism degree from University of Arizona, and worked mainly in television media sales before raising children, serving in ministry and teaching worldview and culture. She felt called to serve women and families in Arizona and started Arizona Women of Action in 2020.

Director of Operations

Courtney is a 3rd generation native Arizonan, and began working for Arizona Women of Action in February 2023 and is responsible for the general operations and projects for America’s Women, AZWOA and AZW Action PAC.

Janet was one of the “8 Women of a Text Chain” that led to the creation of Arizona Women of Action. She is a great connector who loves to put positive, motivated people together to create great impact in communities.

Blaise is one of the original Arizona Women of Action. She was instrumental in helping organize the “8 Women on a Text Chain” into a formal political action committee and nonprofit organization.

Senior Advisor | Director of Education & Child Advocacy

Adrienne serves as a Senior Advisor to America’s Women, championing the protection of children and the strengthening of families. She is also a passionate advocate for educational reform, working to raise awareness and provide strategic support to conservative school board candidates and members.

Debi is especially passionate about helping to equip and inspire churches to encourage civic engagement and to speak boldly on issues that affect families and does so through SALT.

Senior Advisor | Social Media Director

Alison fueled AZWOA’s rapid expansion by managing the social media accounts for AZWOA, America’s Women and America’s Women of Action.

Martha joined Arizona Women of Action as the Web Content Manager 4 years ago to assist with their mission of getting effective, simple political action to women across Arizona - aiming to inspire and ignite other busy moms in her age group to get educated and involved in local politics.

Jay Abraham has built a dynamic career at the intersection of business innovation and faith-driven leadership. Early in his journey, Jay held roles in sales and marketing with major brands like the Phoenix Suns, Nike, and Pepsi, during pivotal growth years for these iconic companies.

John Corpstein graduated from University of Arizona with a BS in General Business and a minor in Marketing from the College of Business Administration. John then worked in the real estate industry in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as his family’s business (Valley Seed Co.) in international seed sales.

Cathi Herrod served at Center for Arizona Policy (CAP) for 28 years with 19 of those years as president. CAP is nonprofit advocacy organization committed to promoting and defending the foundational principles of life, marriage and family, and religious freedom.

Dr. Tracy Munsil is a scholar, educator, and civic leader dedicated to fostering informed civic engagement, especially in the next generation. She serves as Executive Director of the Cultural Research Center and Associate Professor of Political Science at Arizona Christian University.

Naomi Rhode CSP, CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame®, a graduate and alumni of the year of the University of Minnesota, speaks annually before thousands of health care professionals and their team members, corporations, conventions, non-profit organizations, and Christian ministries, sharing her expertise on leadership, team building, life and interpersonal relationships.
