America's Women is led by a team of women motivated to preserve American values, and protect families, kids and faith. We believe in spreading God’s love and truth in culture, communities and policy through respectful, effective local engagement. America's Women is also guided by a well-regarded Advisory Board to direct the organization on a broad scale.
Kim Miller
President
Kim Miller is a grateful wife, mom of 5 and grandmother. She grew up in Arizona, earned a journalism degree from University of Arizona, and worked mainly in television media sales before raising children, serving in ministry and teaching worldview and culture. She felt called to serve women and families in Arizona and started Arizona Women of Action in 2020.
Adrienne Johnson
Senior Advisor | Director of Education & Child Advocacy
Adrienne serves as a Senior Advisor to America’s Women, championing the protection of children and the strengthening of families. She is also a passionate advocate for educational reform, working to raise awareness and provide strategic support to conservative school board candidates and members.
Martha Knight
Director of Digital Communications
Martha joined Arizona Women of Action as the Web Content Manager 4 years ago to assist with their mission of getting effective, simple political action to women across Arizona - aiming to inspire and ignite other busy moms in her age group to get educated and involved in local politics.
Jay Abraham
Advisory Board
Jay Abraham has built a dynamic career at the intersection of business innovation and faith-driven leadership. Early in his journey, Jay held roles in sales and marketing with major brands like the Phoenix Suns, Nike, and Pepsi, during pivotal growth years for these iconic companies.
John Corpstein
Advisory Board
John Corpstein graduated from University of Arizona with a BS in General Business and a minor in Marketing from the College of Business Administration. John then worked in the real estate industry in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as his family’s business (Valley Seed Co.) in international seed sales.
Dr. Tracy Munsil, Ph.D.
Advisory Board
Dr. Tracy Munsil is a scholar, educator, and civic leader dedicated to fostering informed civic engagement, especially in the next generation. She serves as Executive Director of the Cultural Research Center and Associate Professor of Political Science at Arizona Christian University.
Naomi Rhode

Naomi Rhode CSP, CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame®, a graduate and alumni of the year of the University of Minnesota, speaks annually before thousands of health care professionals and their team members, corporations, conventions, non-profit organizations, and Christian ministries, sharing her expertise on leadership, team building, life and interpersonal relationships.
