Courtney Konderik

Director of Operations

Courtney is a 3rd generation native Arizonan, and began working for Arizona Women of Action in February 2023 and is responsible for the general operations and projects for America’s Women, AZWOA and AZW Action PAC.

Prior to joining AZWOA, Courtney was the Campaign Manager for U.S. Senate candidate, General Mick McGuire. During the campaign, she oversaw the campaign staff, political consultants, fundraising consultants, compliance & accounting staff and volunteers. Courtney’s political career dates back to 2014, where she’s helped run various aspects Congressional PACs, ballot initiatives and public affairs projects.

Courtney graduated Summa Cum Laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, on the Executive Board of National Charity League Phoenix and very involved in the parent association at her daughter’s school.
